Always professional, competent and efficient service. I am confident that they will take care with my vintage watches, and they always do. I took in a vintage pulsar watch for a battery change today and it was done with ease. I’m always happy when I shop here.
I can’t speak to the recent quality of their work because I can’t get over how rude they are to their potential customers. I’ve tried to use their services three times now, twice in person and once over the phone and each time the interaction has left a sour taste in my mouth, to the point of me going elsewhere on two occasions, which I will now do again. Edit: in case AJ changes their reply; I have indeed been a customer of theirs, I even have receipts to prove it. Their reply is the a perfect example of their very poor customer service. Fair warning to anyone looking to engage in their services.
Reliable, friendly, and expert service! I’ve had two of my Omega watches serviced here, and on one occasion, they even fixed a minor fault at no charge. Extremely professional and highly recommended for watch and clock repairs.
