Went into the store to get a Hirono figure for my kid, I asked the worker if the particular item has a hook to put it on a bag. They stated yes it’s in the box. Come to realize I open the box and no hook/chip is in the box went back the next day and was told they can’t exchange it because it was opened. The only reason it was opened was because the worker told me it was in the box, so because I listen to the worker I got stuck with an item that I didn’t want and was lied to about. NEVER again would I spend my money in this store!
I had an amazing experience at Akiba house You will find various different items and products and the staff is very nice and helpful They will welcome and help you either your needs Will definitely recommend this place.
Great store! The man behind the counter was super helpful! I just wish there was more JoJo Bizarre Adventure collectibles to purchase! The games in the back are an awesome touch to a store that is not picked over! Great merch! Thank you for everything!
good products and prices!! i go here frequently everytime i get off work at the mall. the workers are nice and go above and beyond to make sure visitors like me have a great experience!
I love the snacks here, good prices for favorites like ramune or pocky. It is also a great place to find figures!! I was looking at a Ganyu figure the other day 👀👀 Staff are always friendly and ready to help!
