We came back from holiday and the electricity had gone off causing our heating system to go down as well as our fridge and freezer. We called Al-Amin and Aziz arrived within 90 mins and was able to fix the problem really quickly. Such a nice and professional guy and such a relief to get it all sorted so quickly. Would highly recommend.
My electric went out and none of the sockets were working. I called up Al-Amin contractor who asked what was wrong and he sent out someone as soon as possible as this was an emergency. The person that came was brilliant! I was very happy with the service and I am really grateful. Very efficient with great pricing, I would recommend the company to everyone to use! Very satisfied customer and will using them again in future.
My electricity went out unexpectedly on a Friday at around 3pm. I called Aziz, who immediately contacted Amin. He arrived promptly and resolved the issue within an hour and a half. Absolutely brilliant service and a real lifesaver, especially heading into a long weekend. I would highly recommend them.
We had a recent electrical issue with our oven tripping one of our RCDs. Aziz came out and conducted some tests and was able to diagnose that the issue was with the appliance and thankfully not our plug sockets or wiring. He took the time to ensure I was satisfied and provided advice to manage the issue before leaving. I found him very polite, efficient and transparent about what was possible and his pricing. I would be happy to call him out again for any future issues.
Needed to come back to complete job. Finished job on Wednesday 27/8/2025 Made sure all electric downstairs was off by fuse box. Installed new fuse spur ie: Fitted fuse plug next to my washing machine/ Tumble dryer double socket. Even showed me how it turns washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher which in kitchen on and off by using the fuse plug socket with 13 amp fuse inside. Disposed of rubbish and hoovered mess up he made. Aziz Very pleasant man reliable when contacted and on arrival and throughout doing the job. Would recommend.
