It was easy to call and set an appointment with Fred. He tailored and hemmed some clothing I had, and I bought a new suit and several shirts and pants from him. The experience was great, he's patient, knows his stuff, but isn't pushy. The suit I got is amazing. Definitely paid good money for great quality, but the lifetime tailoring and backup of his product is hard to beat.
