Thankful to Bettina for taking care of my Pug. It was his first Doggy Daycare experience and he had a great time. Will definitely bring him back again.

I have been a loyal customer since 2018, and my dog—who is a very nervous Nelly—has always done wonderfully here. The grooming results have consistently been amazing, and this summer I even prioritized monthly visits because of how well they’ve always taken care of her. Unfortunately, during my July visit, I had the worst experience of my life at this establishment, one that left me shaken to my core. Their employee, Olga, provided the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. From the beginning she was dismissive and rude, but what followed was truly unacceptable. When I told Olga that her customer service was FN terrible, she completely lost control—screaming at me, calling me “crazy,” saying I had “mental issues,” and even condemning me to hell. I can go on. She came inches from my face, pointing her finger, and threatened to call a lawyer and sue me for harassment—all while the owner’s wife was present and repeatedly asked her to stop and go to the back. Olga ignored her and came back multiple times to continue the tirade. Throughout all of this, I stood waiting for the owners to step in and take control of the situation. No apology or resolution was offered in the moment, which made the experience even more traumatizing. Later, the husband did call me and was sincerely apologetic, telling me he sent Olga home because he himself would not tolerate being spoken to in that way. When I told Him I spoke to her and continue to acknowledge her in a calm neutral tone-check the cameras. He states he doesn’t have audio… While I appreciate his words, I was still asked to “forget about it and move on,” which is unfair given the severity of what happened. I want to make it clear: I love this grooming business. They have always done right by me and my dog in the past. But Olga is a direct representation of their brand, and no customer should ever have to go through what I did. I share this not to tear down a small business that has done well for me for years, but to make sure no one else has an experience as frightening and unprofessional as mine.

my dog is 8 years old and has been coming here since he turned 1 , the care and grooming are excellent. I now have a new puppy as well as my older dog and she loves to come here and play with the other dogs, she comes home exhausted from all the fun she has. Both my dogs are huskies, which are known for their difficult to manage coats, but the groomers at this establishment keep my babies clean and de-matted . Would recommend All About Paws for anyone who needs a boarding/daycare and grooming facility !
