My husband and I used All Occasion for our wedding day rentals and we would definitely recommend them - they were easy to get ahold of (even during their busy season), had a large variety of items to choose from with great quality, and we got exactly what we ordered day-of. We even had a last-minute venue change that they were able to accommodate. We would recommend them for a stress-free wedding day!

All Occasion did a great job for our wedding! They delivered early, adjusted our quote a few times for different needs, and they picked up promptly when we were done with everything.

One star is being generous and solely for Matt, who works there and is at least kind and understanding when it comes to mistakes. I rented silver table cloths and napkins ahead of my wedding this August. We placed the order and paid it full ($800+) a month in advance to make sure everything was taken care of. The day before my wedding, I went to pick up my order only to be told they lost it and had actually rented all of what we needed out to someone else. Instead of freaking out and yelling at them for THEIR mistake, I held my cool and tried to find a solution considering my wedding was less than 24 hours away. They offered me gray instead and a "discount". I was then told by the woman working behind the counter that, "We're really sorry, but it seems like we're more sorry than you are." Almost as if she WANTED me to get verbally upset... which just isn't my way of handling things. I was also offered a full refund after Matt learned of his employee's nasty comment. I was willing to let bygones be bygones and move on from the entire ordeal... until we went to set up and realized they had given me THREE different shades of gray, multiple different sizes of linens AND even circular table linens instead of the rectangular ones we ordered. It was almost as if instead of correcting their mistake, they just piled in everything they could find and threw it at me - without TELLING me there would be different shades and sizes. It was a nightmare and I ended up having three different colors at my wedding... none of which were even silver. When my Mom went to return the order, she let them know of their mistake and they didn't even apologize. Just simply said, "Well you already got a full refund I don't know what else you expect from us." Save your money and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Nachdem ich drei Jahre im Fort Wayne-Gastgewerbe gearbeitet hatte, wusste ich bei der Planung meiner Hochzeit, dass ich zwei Verleih-Standorte für Partyausrüstung zur Auswahl hatte. Ich bin zuerst zu einem Konkurrenten von All Occasions gegangen und war mit dem Service sehr enttäuscht. Von dem Moment an, als ich All Occasions betrat, wurde ich von einer freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Person begrüßt. Da wusste ich sofort, wen ich für unsere Hochzeit wählen würde. Der Ort, den wir ausgewählt haben, verlangte von uns, alles zu mieten, was wir brauchten – von Tischen und Stühlen bis hin zu Mantelständern. Kelli und ihr Team wussten genau, was wir brauchten. Sie war großartig darin, meine Ideen aufzunehmen und unsere Hochzeit einzigartig zu machen. Ich bin eine sehr visuelle Person, und sie konnte mir die Gegenstände zeigen und mir sogar ein Muster-Tischtuch geben, um Farben mit anderen Anbietern abzustimmen. Ich plante unsere Hochzeit in Indiana, während ich in Texas lebte; sie konnte immer schnell auf Fragen antworten. Das Beste daran war, dass sie gut mit ihnen zusammenarbeitete und die meisten meiner anderen Anbieter kannte. Danke, Kelli und euer Team dafür, dass ihr unsere Hochzeit genau so gemacht habt, wie wir es geplant hatten. Unser Tag war perfekt und ihr wart dabei ein großer Teil davon!
