Avoid at all cost!! When a certain person (Nancy) she refuses to take ownership, then this individual will avoid you, won’t return phone calls… then when you do happen to speak to this individual she will play the “I don’t know what you’re talking about” card!! If you like your taxes filed on time, and you like a refund, DO NOT GO HERE!! Not worth the stress or headache!!!! She had EVERYTHING on her computer in a file…. BUT NEVER FILED MY TAXES!!! UPDATE: FINALLY got her to file my 2019 taxes… have yet to hear ANYTHING from State or Federal… this was DEFINITELY HER FAULT!!! Thought she had filed them in 2020, I thought well maybe I don’t get anything back… till City contacted me, then I contacted her, told her I couldn’t find my file, then she told me it was in her office STILL… went through hoops, then went in to talk to her and she looked at me and said they were done, but never filed WTH?!?! If she messes up she WILL blame everything, and you and she will NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP!!!! Word if advice DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TAXES WITH HER, IF YOU HAVE HER DO YOUR TAXES BE SURE THEY ARE COMPLETE AND FILED BEFORE YOU WALK OUT IF HER OFFICE!!!!! So I lost $2,000.00 because of her negligence!!!!

We dropped off our 2023 tax documents with Nancy W. on Friday, March 22nd (24 days before the tax deadline) to be filed. We weren't given any expectation for turnaround time, so we called their offices on Monday the 25th to check the status of our return. Nancy informed my wife that there were numerous clients ahead of us, and that our return would be worked on the week of April 1st. Not a problem. That week came and went, and we received no contact from her. My wife called the following Monday the 8th to check the status of return once again, and was told it was being worked on at that time. The entire work week passed with no word (we're now at the Friday before the Monday tax deadline of the 15th). My wife and I both left messages for Nancy, and neither of our calls were returned. My wife and I also both sent emails, as we're extremely concerned about whether or not our taxes will actually be filed in time at this point. No response. Today, April 13th, my wife called their offices at 9:30 and left another message. No response. So we drove over to their offices around 1:00 p.m. to check on the status of our return once again. She informed that she planned on returning our calls but was too busy to do so. She blamed the volume of clients as to why they were still not completed, to which I said perhaps she should not take on more clients than she can handle. At which time she told me she's been doing this for 44 years, and her clients aren't going anywhere. We took our documents back, and had to hastily find a replacement provider two days before the tax deadline. We booked an appointment with The Bottom Line in Toledo, and they were of more assistance during our consultation call than All Pro Tax was at any point. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend you do not utilize this company's services, as it was the absolute worst experience. You're better off booking an appointment with H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, etc. The only contact we ever had with Nancy was initiated on our behalf. We literally never received a proactive call or email during the 3+ week ordeal.

First i want to say the other people working in this office seemed to be on the ball and I hope my experience is just with one particular woman who should consider retiring. I am reviewing her services only. I called and explained my businesses situation in detail. I said I was a hot mess in early January. Donna said she could help me and to drop off my 1099 stuff. I dropped off that plus most of the years tax documents and she didn't do anything. Then I get to my tax preparation appointment and she spends over an hour telling me she couldn't do my taxes and trying to explain why and who could help me. I have been so stressed out since my appointment. I would like to give this woman a negative star rating. Who does this now I have to find someone else and I am not going with her recommendation.

Been living by this establishment for several years and always walked by. Today I decided to go in and met Frank Aldridge, a quiet man but nonetheless a very kind, patient and thorough man! He Really took his time to make sure I was getting the BEST outcome!! If you're struggling like I was to find someone trustworthy to do your taxes, I highly recommend them! And the fee is very reasonable!! You just have to pay upfront 👌🏾☺️ Thanks Frank!! I'll be back 🥹😀

I've been getting my taxes done by Nancy for years... Awesome and professional. Best to park on W Sylvania.
