Sherri is simply the best! We had a last-minute print need of 8.5" x 11" saddle-stitched brochures for a presentation this weekend, and she just made that happen. From the initial phone call, to prompt email quotes, to carefully handing the finished pieces to me in person (with the biggest smile!), she knew her shop delivered as promised and exceeded expectations. Sherri clearly communicated the deadline to meet on my end for artwork, so that her team had sufficient time to produce a quality product. That is proof enough to me that she is a pro who respects and supports her strong team. I couldn't be happier, great job from this location!
Sheri was amazing from the time I submitted my inquiry online to the delivery of the final product. She was incredibly responsive and patient with my questions and even allowing me to make a last minute change to correct something she spotted but I had missed. I called their main phone at one point and she was the one who answered, no automation or run-around. I was traveling for work and an event in the area, but I have recommended AlphaGraghics to our Dallas and Houston offices.
Sherry feels like a friend at this point. I’ve appreciated so much the team’s flexibility and willingness to help me accomplish my goals so that it is both timely and as requested. You can count on them as a reliable partner!
I wish I could give this place 1000 stars because of how amazing my experience with this particular location is. As a small business owner this is a perfect place for me. Everyone who works in here listens so well and cares about each printing project. Shout out to Noelle, the lead graphic designer! She is so friendly and thorough with her work! I will always use this place. Pricing is the best in Dallas and the customer service is the best I have ever had at a print shop.
