I worked with Alpha Graphics on three orders this past season: Christmas card photograph replication, and two touch ups on two different vintage photographs. Each order was done sequentially based on my own deadlines/timing. Each time, I interacted with a different person and each time, I received impeccable on-time service, communication and customer care. I was recommended to Alpha Graphics on Campbell based on someone's expertise I respect and she definitely steered me in the right direction. I didn't know that your firm did photography work and because so few do it well and in a highly impersonal manner (with no focus on quality...like the drug store chains etc), I was so happy to find a group on whom which I can depend. I have already recommended your firm many times and I'll be back. Well done!

Friendly and quick customer service. They couldn't print exactly what I was looking for on the spot without a small white border but then gave me the printouts for free unrequested even when I would have happy paid for what they gave. Would absolutely come back for other printing needs.
