The park was very decent. The staff were very helpful and polite. The pizza was good. Some areas of the park could use come more maintenance and repairs but overall it was a good experience.

This place sucks and I will never take my kids here again. They do not like to be held accountable for their mishaps. If you did not have a waiver filled out and you know you made a mistake own up to it. Don't get mad and ban someone from going to the establishment because you dont like to hear the truth. It is apart of the safety procedure to keep the waivers online and to make sure one is filled out. Seeing to it one was not filled out which led to the statement about being responsible and the worker did not do their job in making sure it was filled out. OSHA may need to hear about your unwillingness to be safe in this establishment. Do better Cedar Hill. Do better. Treat your workers with some respect as well. That manager Maisha is horrible and needs to check her attitude when talking to customers. Her facial expressions, head movements and hand movements while talking to guest is unacceptable. Accountability is huge and if none is taken people don't want to visit your establishment. If you messed up just apologize and move on. Too bad this used to be our fav trampoline park. Not anymore! Good thing there are plenty to go to. They need police after a certain time due to violence I guess. But why is he parking on the concrete as if he is not able to just park in front of the building. That's nuts. Anyhow, my review would have been positive but they didn't do anything to render a positive review. They just ruined my cousins birthday by all of the foolishness. What a way to turn 13. Please READ those contracts you are signing at these parks. They are not liable for anything from what it seems like after reading this with a fine tooth comb.

I came with my kids and had an amazing time Saturday. You can tell they were short staffed but the managed it so well and the manger was amazing she was amazing and friendly. It’s hard to believe that she has any negative reviews. But 10/10 would recommend and will be back again! Kids loved it

It was okay I just came here for like 15 min cause they closed at 9 and we thought this place closed at 10 so we were shocked when they anounce it at closing 9 and not 10:00. So if you go here on Saturday close at 9... web site says 10 so this location needs to correct it. It shows on the front 9pm.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I hosted my grandson’s birthday party, but we couldn’t order any food or pizza because the cook was unavailable. When I asked to bring in outside food, they said it would cost $100. I explained the situation and asked if they could waive the fee due to the inconvenience, but they refused to accommodate us. I would not recommend this place.
