Amazing massage with Carmen. Very relaxing, perfect pressure and the oil used was really nice. The massage room is also set up beautifully and feels warm and welcoming. However if you’re planning to use the pool/sauna etc as well to compliment your treatment, and you’re expecting these facilities to have a premium feel because it’s in the Hilton, just be aware that it’s not particularly luxurious and is quite basic and tired-looking (not ideal if you’re wanting to impress or spoil someone). Also don’t let the entry way to Alysium get your hopes down - it’s next to the fitness first gym so it doesn’t look that nice, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet and cosy. Giving 4 stars because we had some issues with the customer care side of things but the front of house team member took our feedback well when we shared our concerns.
Carmen is a wonderful therapist that delivers exceptional services. The package I received as a gift was the most perfect end to 2025 and the high tea inclusion was exquisite. Alfonso's attention to every client was outstanding I was not aware of Alysium before this, but now will be sure to make it a regular indulgence.
I had an incredible experience at Alysium Spa. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Alfonso for his warm welcome and professionalism, and to the wonderful girls for taking such good care of me throughout my visit. Every detail was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended — I can’t wait to come back!
Went here today with my girlfriends and had such a wonderful experience! The staff were so professional, polite, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The spa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the perfect warm, low-light atmosphere to relax in. I arrived about an hour and a half before my appointment and was able to make the most of the connecting amenities — pool, spa, and sauna which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My massage was absolutely amazing one of the best I’ve had and left me feeling so refreshed. Highly recommend this spa if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing and professional place to unwind. Great location city central too! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the wonderful manager and his team! 🥰
Disappointing Spa Experience – Unprofessional and Lacking Customer Care I had high hopes for this spa, but my experience was very disappointing. First, it’s important to note that this spa is privately owned and not affiliated with Hilton, which likely explains the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. When I tried to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the staff refused to accommodate me and insisted on charging me the full price if I didn’t show up. The staff, especially Alfonso, was rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in resolving the issue or escalating it to a manager. Reluctantly, I went ahead with the booking. As seen in the uploaded photo, the spa’s facilities are far from professional and not what you would expect for the price. While my therapist was kind and provided a good massage, my partner’s experience was completely different. The therapist working on him was rough and made so much noise that it was impossible for us to relax and enjoy the session. Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience. The lack of customer care, poor service, and inconsistent quality make it hard to recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional experience.
