On Wednesday, Manny conducted a thorough, clean inspection. He was very clear in his diagnosis. Very personable and informative. Today, the technicians from Trinidad & Gilrado worked in the attic all day, replacing all the air ducts. They did a beautiful job and left everything clean. I have done business with American AC for almost 20 years. Their customer service and quality of work are excellent.

As a Service Club Member, this was my first Precision Tune-Up and Safety Inspection of my heating system. Edward Albert and Stephen Rich arrived on time and performed the service, explaining everything that they did and making recommendations (no pressure!). They were both very friendly and professional. For James Smith, the owner, you have a couple of keepers here! Thank you for your service.

We’ve used American Heating and plumbing over the years for maintenance. So when it was time to get a new furnace, they were the obvious choice. Lots of payment options and they charge the same whether you pay by check or with a credit card unlike other vendors who charge 3 % more if you go for the points on your card. They also offer financing at 9% which isn’t bad these days. They are solid and have been in business for 40 years..Highly recommend

I really appreciated how much time Stephen took to make sure everything was running smoothly and safely. Stephen was professional and respectful of my home. He also checked in with me multiple times to give me updates while doing the work. I truly appreciated how he walked me through everything in layman's terms. I feel well taken care of by American AC!

I called yesterday and was set up with an appointment today. What amazing customer service from the initial phone call to the technician’s visit. I didn’t have major issues with my unit but wanted to get ahead of winter months as summer winds down. I got a tune up on both my AC and heater. He spent a good amount of time cleaning and inspecting my units and system. I see the value in having my system tuned up so I signed up for the membership where they come out every 6 months for service and got the free thermostat unit which is really nice (see pic) and customizable. It does not involve signing a contract which makes me feel like they are genuinely a good business. They have to be if they’ve been around for 44+ years. I will refer Eddie Albert or his team to my friends. They cover all wide radius and I live in Orange, Ca and will go pretty much all over SoCal. I really think you’ll be happy with your experience if you try them out. Call the # on the pic and ask for Eddie Albert.
