We have used American Electrician several times over the years and recently had Andrew come out to troubleshoot our roof de-icing cables that suddenly stopped working. Andrew was very polite, answered all our questions and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it. He showed up on time and gave us a courtesy call when he was on his way. Highly recommend Andrew and American Electrician. Thanks again Andrew!
Wow! Mario is my new go-to electrician! He was on time. He was dressed professionally. He reviewed the job notes and surveyed the work areas. Mario listened well to complete the work as I intended. Of the two tasks he immediately noticed an issue after removing the socket face plate and removed the outlet - a punch-in socket. He fixed that issue replacing the socket. He moved on to the next task adding a new socket. No issues. He tested all work. He cleaned all work areas. Mario kept me informed the entire time. He verified with me the work to be done was accomplished. I am very pleased with Mario's work and look forward to having him back for all of our electrical needs and will surely refer him and American Electrician to others.
Mike came out to do the install of a few outlets and a fan for me after Andrew gave me the estimate and Mike did a great job i am very pleased with the installation and he is a great guy also real easy to work with and a great company i would recommend them to have your electrical work done Thanks for every thing will call you for future needs
Dain was very helpful and clearly told me want was wrong with the power outlet and what needs to be done. Also recommend install a surge protector to the main power panel and also explain why we might needed. Setting up the appointment was easy. Went on Angi to get some quotes. They called within two hours and setup appointment was made right away. Dain showed up early and called ahead to make we were home. This is how I always hope setting up appointments go when need work on my home. Thank you very much for evertmything.
