We've shopped at AFW quite a few times in the past 5 years. The prices are right and the sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. This time we found a fireplace console that was what we were looking for at the right price. We were notified promptly when our console came in; it was on backorder. The app and notifications were very helpful in letting us know the estimated time of arrival. The delivery men rang the doorbell well within the previous day's delivery time window. Mitch greeted and introduced himselve to us. Looked at the area, went out to the truck where the other man was getting the furniture ready to carry in. They got the furniture, carried it in carefully, unwrapped it, and situated it carefully in a centered position. Mitch answered or questions and showed us how to switch components that came with the furniture. The men were efficient and careful. We were happy with the delivery.
Excellent customer service. Sales rep was very knowledgeable of the furniture I purchased. The delivery crew was outstanding. They arrived early and was very professional. Both individuals on the crew were very respectful of my home and cautious when bringing in my furniture. The set up went smoothly with no issues.
Saved us when we needed a loveseat before christmas! So many amazing options, way cheaper prices than neighboring stores, and great timely deliveries! My mother loves her new loveseat and the cute pillows it came with, thanks for all of your help Ron!
Disappointed in the service. We purchased a coffee table, a dresser and two nightstands. The coffee table was in stock and picked up the same day. The dresser and nightstands were supposed to be in stock in 2–3 weeks, which was fine. At checkout, the sales associate told us the dresser and nightstands were available for pickup at the Glendale location. We rented a van, drove across town, picked everything up, and brought it home — only to find out it was not what we ordered. When we contacted the store, the associate claimed we were “in between two sets,” which was completely inaccurate. We took a photo of the exact items we wanted and showed it to him. Looking around the showroom does not mean we were indecisive. Customer service later admitted it was a SKU error and offered a refund, but we had to rent a van again, reload everything and return it ourselves. We were inconvenienced and incurred extra costs for a mistake that was not ours. Terrible service. We will not shop here again and will be sharing our experience.
I'm very impressed with the couch that I bought! The process was super easy I got a great deal and picked it up the next day with no troubles and I absolutely love my couch!
