if u could give this place ZERO stars i would. I came in for a simple flat tire repair. ended up waiting for over 2 hours and still no service. when i asked the employee on an estimated time it would be finished, he was extremely rude and told me he had other things going on. i even made an appointment and still didn’t get it worked on. extremely poor service and they didn’t even seem to care i was waiting that long.

I've been coming to this American Tire Depot on Adams on and off over the last few years between alignments, mounting spares and getting whole new sets. They're always responsive and contact me consistently through the process. I went today to get 4 new General Grabbers that they got in stock within a day, called me that they got them earlier and got me in and out the door in about an hour. They have competitive prices and I watched as they moved at least 10 people through various needs very quickly, it was impressive. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful.

Made an appointment the night before for an opening visit. The guys immediately took care of me right at open and mounted my spare tire donut for my dumb Prius that doesn’t come with a spare from the factory. The prices here are incredibly reasonable and they also do certain services complimentary. You can’t beat a neighborhood shop that does good, efficient service at amazing prices.

I called in to get 4 tires on my 2024 Corolla SE. I also asked them to check the alignment, which they did for free, and they really worked with me on everything from selection to recommendations to finding the best value for exactly what I told him I was looking for, which goes a long way. Alex, the manager, was very helpful and he made sure I was aware of how to follow up on and redeem the perks that came with my purchase, warranty etc. My cousin told me to come here, and now I will definitely be coming back and recommending others to go as well.

Kevin & Manny were awesome! As soon as I pulled up Manny let me know how they handled the parking and Kevin guided me on the phone about what tired they had and the pricing. Which the tires were GREAT especially for the price! Both representatives took great care of me and my car, and they did an awesome job! They were super nice and considerate and helped me kindly even when under a lot stress with how busy it was! This place was awesome, and I would definitely recommend getting your tires done here!
