I shopped around for tires for my Porsche Taycan. Best price by far. Tires were in stock. Fast service. Good customer service. Talk to Bryon Henry, store manager. He will give you the best price in San Diego.
If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. The men that work here are RUDE! I called to confirm the price for the tires 2 separate times and when we came to the CONFIRMED appt we were told it would be $80 more because the tires were not in stock. DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVING YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS! If you are the business owner I would suggest hiring honest kind individuals so you can actually maintain a good business! Good luck.
I can’t say enough good things about this tire shop. I recently brought my Mercedes in for repairs, and Bryon was incredibly honest and transparent throughout the entire process. He never over-promised results or tried to take advantage of the situation—something I’ve sadly experienced at other shops in the past. The level of integrity and professionalism here is rare. Special thanks to Bryon for the outstanding service. Highly recommend!
The short story is things didn’t go quite as originally planned during my visit. I’m rating 5 stars based on the fact Service Manager Brian went out of his way to make things right once he realized what was happening. Integrity matters, and Brian has an abundance of it. I will definitely return and recommend this store to all. And, I’m happy with my Nexen AH8s.
