The “manager” tried to impose a recycling fee when I did not bring any tire. I complained and he lied to me saying that this was imposed by California which is not true. I checked ChatGPT and I was right. Came back again and super quickly he got me my money back. Avoid this place.
They went out of their way to get me my unique tire size on same day. Came in.Everything was ready ate at the restaurant nearby came back and about twenty minutes later.I was good to go with new tire and alignment. Jonathan was very service-oriented.
I went in thinking I was going to have to buy a tire for my truck, but the young man working there Jonathan informed me that buying a new tire may not be the case for me. After a short wait he came back to let me know that my tire just had a nail in it and they could patch it. The best part was it was free of charge. I want to thank Jonathan for his great compassion and customer service, I highly recommend this shop
Couldn’t recommend enough! Jordan was a true professional with great energy. I had a nail in my tire and they got my car back to me in a very timely manner. He was nice enough to not charge me for the patch. Timely, courteous, and generous. Jordan made me a customer for as long as I am in Long Beach! Thanks again - 5 Stars!
Jorge was really pleasant and friendly. He was very welcoming and helpful as well. All the employees were really polite and professional. They were short staffed, so services took a little longer than usual, but they were upfront about the situation and accommodating nonetheless.
