I called ahead of time a day before to schedule an appointment for a tire rotation, I was told on the phone I don’t need an appointment and that I could just walk in. Keep in mind I work 8-5, so I wanted to make sure my services were going to be done if I arrived after 5. I left work early, arrived at the shop at 5:05 only to be told I needed an appointment. I understand workers want to go home on time, which is the reason I had called to make the appointment, if I would’ve known ahead of time, I could’ve made other arrangements to make sure my tire rotation was done. Nothing against the workers, but next time inform me I need an appointment, I have a busy schedule so my time is essential.
I have been buying tires here for more than 20 years. They always provide good service and fair prices. They do a good job when dealing with warranty issues related to road hazard replacements. I am always satisfied with the service they provide and the treatment I receive in their stores. Thank you for providing a great experience.
This specific location has the best customer service. They are always friendly and thoroughly explain everything to me. I never feel ignored nor brushed off. As soon as I'm parked and out of my vehicle, someone is already approaching me to see what I need. They also have a good size indoor waitingroom which is perfect for those hot valley days or those cold, rainy days.
We started going to America's Tire on Shaw 3 years ago, and have since bought tires for 4 vehicles, do regular rotations and balance, and have had tires repaired/replaced. Great prices, very quick service(especially if you make an appointment), trustworthy, and above all, the most professional and kindest employees I've met in a "tire shop". Every team member has been patient, explains everything from the tire ratings, tread wear, warranties, etc., to the invoice, all in detail. This is the high "In N Out" level customer service of a tire store, which is hard to find. I was impressed then, I'm still impressed now.
On one of the busiest intersections in Fresno but everyone I’ve interacted with for the past 5 years have been compassionate, kind, and great at customer service. They have great attention to detail and I know a lot of others who trusts their vehicle with America’s Tire Shaw.
