Winter maintenance with James was a breeze. He arrived on time, was courteous, professional and got right to work. He was even so kind as to offer to swap out my air filters, but I didn’t have them at the time, so he checked the sizes for me to ensure input based the correct ones. Very appreciative.

Have had them out twice, once in the spring and again in December. Two different technicians. Both times under warranty. Both techs were professional and friendly. They were informative on describing what they were doing, the issue, findings, and repairs. I was given a 1.5-2 hour window of when they would arrive, and received a call from the tech when en route. They even asked if there was a specific place I’d like them to park which I thought was great because some neighborhoods are annoying about where to park, or maybe you have a vehicle you don’t want blocked in. Would definitely recommend this business to others.

Had an emergency heating issue. Left a message on the emergency message line and was called in a few hours by Chad. He was able to come by and fix my issue within 30 minutes. Loved the quick response by Ampmor, especially Chad. Also, forgot mention Jeff in my previous review on the great work he done during the initial maintenance by Ampomor back in September.

I honestly wish zero stars were an option. The technician who came out was professional, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. He resolved the issue quickly and treated me with respect. My frustration is not with him but with the company’s billing practices. I was charged an outrageous amount for less than ten minutes of work. The total bill was completely out of proportion to the service provided, with no transparency or justification. It feels like the company is taking advantage of customers who need urgent help. Great technician, but I would never use Ampmor again because of their grossly unethical pricing. Follow up: Ampmor did follow up via phone today and offered numerous excuses for the exorbitant charge. They ultimately provided a partial refund, however, that does not change the fact that their lack of transparency and questionable business practices are unacceptable.

Ampmor has a great team! Their courteous and knowledgeable staff know exactly what to troubleshoot and how to get the job done in a timely manner. Our service tech was Phil and was very respectful and helpful explaining every step of the process! I highly recommend the company for their work and customer service!
