Best cleaners we have ever had! We've cycled through a few cleaners over the past year to find one that we loved and we found it with Ana's. They cleaned and wiped down EVERYTHING. Our house was absolutely spotless. We will be using them forever now. If you're looking for cleaners that get to everything and don't cut corners, these are your people.

Fantastic experience! A team from Ana’s Cleaning came to our home last week, and they did an absolutely amazing job. The house was spotless when they left, and their attention to detail was incredible — with thoughtful finishing touches that made everything feel extra special. They were recommended by friends, and our friends were right! The entire process was so easy — from online booking and clear pricing to the helpful text updates letting me know when the team was arriving and when they were done, plus a quick and simple payment system. Everything was seamless and stress-free. It was honestly a major highlight of our week, and we’ll definitely be booking again!!

I had a wonderful experience with Ana's Cleaning Company. First and foremost, it was so convenient to book services with them because they were the only company out of many recommended that you could easily book online. Communication was done very easily via text and email including when I could expect the team to arrive. And the team members were very nice, worked quickly and effectively, and our home was left practically spotless. They even cleaned areas I wasn't expecting or had long given up on 🤣 10/10 highly recommend. Great first experience and I'm looking forward to working with them again!

We went on vacation and had a deep clean scheduled while we were away. Ana's had come highly recommended by several of our neighbors. I was very impressed and incredibly satisfied! We have hired many cleaning services before and have never had our home cleaned so throughly! We will definitely be monthly customers and highly recommend Ana"s services to all of our friends and family!

I hired this company to help clean my rental property after a tenant move out. During our correspondence I made that clear that it was a big job. She insisted her team will take care of it. I told her the amount of bedrooms including a loft and appliances. She gave me a quote. I was relieved to know help was on the way and her reviews were good. She sent two ladies that were unable to communicate with me. They called her because she obviously didn’t send them prepared. She then began to threaten to charge me an extra $250 for them just to walk trash bags outside and it became a super stressful situation where she continued to keep adding extra fees. I ended up doing the majority and I mean just about all the cleaning myself. The ladies washed the refrigerator shelves in the bath tub and never cleaned it afterwards. They didn’t vacuum the rooms, the appliances were left untouched, refrigerator wasn’t cleaned properly. I reached out to Ana in good faith to allow them the opportunity to make it right. She refused to do the right thing. As a professional…She should have come out to see the job first or request photos before she gives a quote or sends workers to a location unequipped. I wasted a lot of money just to have to do it myself because I couldn’t afford to pay someone else to do it properly! I am highly disappointed! I would like a refund!!
