This company doesn’t care about anyone but themselves. They don’t call or come when they say they will . The lady who answered the phone is very rude and the man who got on the phone after her is the worst . Neither would give their names. I was approved from Social Services for them to fix my heat and was assigned this company. The man said that they don’t have to help me if they don’t want to. The tech came out on January 8 and say he would be back on Monday and never showed or called . The owner needs new office staff unless he doesn’t care either, In that case just keep the staff you have

Very frustrating dealing with Anderson. Three separate visits over the course of a month for problem diagnosis. And of course multiple diagnostic fees. During this month, abysmal communication not only with me, but between their own staff. They repeatedly scheduled visits without consulting me, leading to rescheduling and delays in repair. When we were able to get an appointment scheduled, they no showed without a courtesy call. I understand jobs run longer than expected, but give me a call to let me know. When I reached out a day later, I was told they would send someone out that day. Again, no show, no call. When I AGAIN called that same day I was assured someone was still coming. No show. No call. I asked to speak to a manager/GM/supervisor at the end of this debacle, to voice my concerns and hopefully resolve them. Believe it or not, no call. So instead, here is a poor review. The actual service technicians were fine, but I would not recommend Anderson to anyone after this nightmare. Two stars for reasonable pricing (gave me small discount for the bullshit) and my problem ultimately being fixed, but I am incredibly unhappy with my experience.

Love these guys!! Anderson was the only company that could figure out why my new system wasn't operating right. The original installation company couldn't figure it out, nor could the manufacturer could figure it out. That tells you how knowledgeable and good Anderson is if they can figure out an issue that the manufacturer couldn't

Completely unprofessional service technician. I almost asked the technician to leave. No regard for my property. I notified Mr Anderson and customer service. Zero response. There are much better HVAC companies out there in the Richmond area. Don’t waste your money with Anderson … they are extremely weak. Remember zero response from Anderson.

Had a wonderful maintenance experience from an Anderson Heating and Air Conditioning technician 8am appointment. I'm not an early riser but having someone pleasantly polite taking t ime to explain the cooling service done to my understanding was a bonus. Definitely, will continue having Anderson service my unit.
