At the Animal Clinic of Spokane everyone is so warm, caring and gentle with my fearful pooch. I especially appreciated Dr Roginski sitting with me to go over Bandit's care and advice on his dental care and managing fearful events like grooming and vet visits.
I have a five month old puppy who got sick very suddenly. I had called every vet that I could find and every vet that people had recommended to me but none of them were even sort’ve affordable. When we got to the Animal Clinic of Spokane, all of the staff were very kind. Even the lady on the phone made us feel very understood and she had the kindest voice! They explained the price and everything else very well so that we could understand, and not once did I feel “ripped off”. I felt when I called other places that they were incredibly quick to push me off the phone with unanswered questions. The vet is not something I can afford and the Animal Clinic turned it into a positive experience for me!! The doctor was genuinely the kindest woman I’ve ever met and she really helped us out, I wish I got her name! I just wanted to post a good review (the first time I’ve ever posted a review, lol) so that people with less money and sick animals know that there are some understanding people out there who will definitely help your animals the best that they can. 🩵
The doctor was very good at explaining what step I needed to do to help heal my pet. The nurses and receptionists were very friendly. I will definitely be using this clinic again in the future.
I called in a day before getting scheduled. My cat has been with me ever since 15 years. She was the beginning story of coming to America. Unfortunately, lately she’s been giving up and I couldn’t watch her suffer and went it to check and see best options. The staff and the Dr were very nice, kind, compassionate and helped with all questions. They were understanding, and were giving as much time as I needed to tell my baby goodbye. Compared to other clinics that I called around, I would say their prices are reasonable and doable
Animal Clinic of Spokane was so kind and accommodating when my cat Pepper was sick this week. The sweet gal at the front desk made moves to get me in right away and the whole staff was so sweet to me as I cried over my kitty. They also told me it wasn’t time yet and I needed to hear that. She’s doing better thanks to them. ♥️
