whoever answered the phone clearly was not in a great mood today - i was attempting to get information about getting my pet established with the clinic but given my first encounter with the receptionist, i’d HAPPILY take my business elsewhere. also attempted to get the receptionists name to possibly get help from a supervisor or somone who would like to help but she declined to answer and remained silent instead - there’s your tell all about this clinic right there. if that’s how the staff would act over the phone, imagine how they’d treat your pet behind closed doors.
I have been bringing my three muttsketeers here for years! Dahlia, Dobby, and Klaus have never been more loved, served, or remembered by any other team. It’s amazing to have a little haven of peace on our slice of heaven here on NPI. My pupperonis aren’t the easiest nor are they the most well-behaved, but this team always greets them with smiles and wide-open arms of love. I know my fur kids are safe and monitored closely with care whenever they stay over in boarding. I truly admire the veterinary staff here, and this will always be my first-choice for as long as they continue to serve our island community.
I love this vet so much. The staff are always wonderful, I never have to wait for my appointments, and they are always so friendly to my pets. On top of that, the prices are down to a 1/3 of what surrounding vets charge. Dr. Howe is amazing, I recommend this vet to everyone I know
We have used this clinic for many years and always been happy with the vets. Most recently Dr. Howe and Dr. Galvan. Right now Dr. Howe is working with our dog, Joop who has extreme anxiety issues. She has been very compassionate and thorough, trying different remedies to give him some relief. We are grateful for this caring attitude.
Excellent care and professional and friendly staff. These guys treat my dog and cats like family. Called me and sent a text message letting me know about my appointment. It’s very clean. The veterinarian explained all to me. I highly recommend this place. Respectfully, -M. Torres
