Awyar Bilal and another wonderful gentleman replaced my electronical panel. They were kind curious took the time to explain everything without trying to up sale me. They even made sure to answer ever question I had. They let me know all my options and were not pushy and very patient. They both smelled amazing too. Bonus!! Blake Erwin was very nice professional and very helpful he took his time with us never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. Very hard working and he installed our new hot water tank very fast and he knew what he was doing when we had questions he had knowledgeable answer for us he knows his job very good.
Justin and his assistant Menard were great. Justin was very straight forward and honest on what was going on with my furnace and was able to link with Menard and both knocked the job out same-day. He even let me add a last minute coupon that helped soften the blow a bit when it came to the sticker shock. The job unfortunately came with a few hiccups due to some faulty craftsmanship on my home builder’s side which prevented a clear path to install the water heater. Justin and Menard were still able to somehow think of a way to not only get to the water heater another way, but also helped provide the tools to do it. Truly appreciate them both and they probably saved me a ton of money, headache and time. Thanks again and if I have any plumbing related issues (or possibly HVAC issues lol) I know who I’ll be calling.
Jeremiah Miller and his helper from Apex Plumbing did SUPERB working installing a new faucet on our bathroom pedestal sink. By catching a potential future leaking problem with the hot water intake line and shutoff, we had him repair this during the time of his visit. When the job was complete, you couldn't tell anyone had been working in our bathroom. Everything is working great, and we know who to go to in the future with any plumbing needs.
