I have nothing but praise for electrician Ben Geisland. He did a fantastic job (actually 2 separate jobs) for me and he was prompt and efficient. He carefully explained what he needed to do. Electrical systems are complex and contain many interdependent components. Ben was able to evaluate the systems in my house, by examining the data and identifying the root causes of the problems. He was able to quickly troubleshoot in the moment. By constrast, about a decade ago, I hired an electrician when my electrical components began to flicker. That electrician informed me that squirrels had chewed up the wiring and that there were some dead squirrels in the attic. Without first going into the attic, Ben was able to fix major flickering problems with several light switches inside the house by running diagnostics and he replaced one switch in the kitchen and rewired the switches in another area so there was a better connection. Finally, Ben did need to enter the attic where he did not find any dead squirrels, but he found most of the protective covering on all the wiring had been eaten through by the squirrels most likely a decade earlier when the other electrician had removed the dead squirrels but had not protected the wiring. Overall, Ben restored my house in good, safe working order. I also found that he was so efficient he really kept the price very reasonable. And finally, he cleaned up all the work he needed to do. I highly recommend using Ben for any electrical problems anyone may have. 100%

Really appreciate Applewood this winter. Each of my furnaces had maintenance needs, and Estevan Riojas was very friendly and professional. He explained each of my options thoroughly and I felt very comfortable with the quote and happy with his work. I also had a leak in my crawl space, and Mark Flinn was sent to my home. He did the fix quickly and was very professional. Another Applewood positive experience.

Brian and Dave did an excellent job. They fixed my water heater first in December, 2019 and now in January, 2026. Reasonable price.

My furnace broke during the recent snow storm. I called sunday night and Daniel came out Monday morning. He found the issue quickly, the part was under warranty so he replaced it free of charge. Professional and courteous. This customer service is exactly why I pay to be a member with Applewood! 10/10
