Me and my two friends visited this Archie Brothers from around 1:30pm to 3pm. AS SOON AS WE GOT THERE.. I simply asked the lady at the front if you could use card for the top up machine for the Archie cards, her immediate response was ‘I don’t know, why are you asking me? Pay with me why do you think I’m at the counter for?’ This rudeness just shocked me cause we showed nothing but smiles and a patient question that she should know the answer to and is her job to tell the customer kindly a response. I was just trying to enjoy my time with my friends, keep in mind we are 3 teens and look it and never showed any attitude once to influence her to act that way towards us for no reason. Then after that I was confused at her hostility but I ignored it and we just continued at the counter to get cards. My friends card wasn’t tapping right or working and she as apologising asking the lady to just give her a second, even let the customers waiting go before her as she figured out her card issue, the lady at the counter was instead of showing patience raised her voice for no reason and said ‘you don’t have the money alright?’ My friend was shocked like us all and honestly it was very disrespectful and not her place to say that let alone pretty much shout it. Eventually everything worked we got our cards, she slammed them on the table for us, then gave us all rude and dirty looks as we walked away confused. The worker was a lady in a pony tail, blondish, working when we went in at 1:30 - 3:00 and showed no manners at all. This is a serious issue if you are going to let your staff act like this to MINORS, who did nothing but showed kindness and respect to the worker then you seriously have a problem. I do not recommend going to this Archie brothers cause I’d they allow one staff member like this to act like that then I’m sure they allow are rude and will act like that. Disgusting service and behaviour.
B Lucky and Sons arcade was on a whole other level. I met the absolute nicest man I have ever met. He gave me 650 free tickets and was so kind and joyful. Highly recommend!!!
The place is easy to find, massive carpark nearby. Bouncer outside for IDs, lots of cool decor and activities. We only came for drinks so that all im judging. All four of us sat infront of the bar and ordered using the QR codes. After about 15 mintues we saw the bartender starting to close the bar so I asked him if we were getting our drinks because we had already paid. He apologised profusely and told us to go to the upstairs bar because he was closing the one he was at. He then showed us the way up and made our drinks. Drinks themselves tasted nice but didnt look anything like the picture or the cup was different. Overall not bad, would probably go back and give them another go.
Thank you to the gentleman today at yje front counter for his service but also accomodating an emergency with my daughter. And the staff on the laser tag were amazing! Will definitely return again.
Ich war begeistert. Der Kundenservice ist erstklassig. Cocktail-Bubble-Tees waren einzigartig und großartig. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und freundlich, so sehr, dass mir auffiel, wie sie die Kinder zu ein paar Spielen angefeuert haben, um ihnen ein erstaunliches Erlebnis zu bieten. 'Hook em while they're young' – denke ich 😂 Ich freue mich, dass ich mich entschieden habe, hierher zu kommen, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit!
