Excellent experience so far! I’ve been going to this studio for two months now, completely new to ballroom dancing. The instructors are phenomenal (shout out to Megan & Amelia). I’m seeing progress week over week with the structured program they’ve put together for me. The lessons are engaging and same can be said for the group classes as well. It’s a really great atmosphere and I’m very glad I joined!
Amelia was kind enough to meet my daughter and me on a Saturday for a father/daughter dance lesson in preparation for my daughter's wedding. Amelia is a fantastically talented dancer and just as talented instructor. She was so patient with us. She listened patiently to our chosen music and developed a dance that both my daughter and I could actually perform. Amelia, you knocked it out of the park. You actually saved us from being embarrassed and me looking like a big bafoon out there. Thank you! Thank you! You're simply the best...better than all the rest. Loved it! My wife and I learned the first dance for our wedding over 8 lessons with the team here. We worked with Wes, Amelia & Mikayla throughout the process. The team was organized and so much fun! We were glad to have signed up and felt proud of the result on our special day!
I have been learning bachata, cha cha and salsa at Arthur Murray studio for around 2 months and It’s been an amazing time! I love how friendly everyone here is! The instructors are great in terms of teaching and making sure students learn the concepts well. I personally have made a lot of progress given the limited time I have been here and I will soon have my first bachata spotlight performance! There are also group classes every week where you get to practice different dances with an instructor. The studio also holds social parties every week where all students get to dance with each other and teachers, and that’s a lot fun! Highly recommend this place for learning ballroom dances!
My ballroom dancing hobby was calling my name this past June (2022) after many years of not dancing at all. The Arthur Murray Dance Centers – Green Hills in Nashville was located just around the corner from where I live. Immediately, my instructor, Bailey Kenzington, warmly welcomed me to the floor. Bailey’s encouragement and coaching revived my muscle memory from years past. The joy that ballroom dancing gives me was quickly restored as well. Bailey and the Arthur Murray Green Hills team encouraged and challenged me to excel in my dancing, knowing that it gave me joy and opportunities to push the creative components of my heart and mind. If one believes this only happens for some people, visit our ballroom and discover the joy dancing can give you too. You will not find another group more excellent in their teaching, more fun in their culture, and more interested in you as a person. As a dancing student, I love to dance with my new friends weekly, so I hope to see you in the ballroom soon.
