I had a great experience with Michael at Ashley, who was friendly knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered helpful suggestions that make my decisions easier. He's positive attitude and willingness to help made the shopping experience enjoyable and I felt feeling satisfied with my purchase.
Great experience so far, our furniture is being shipped next week. Our sales representative Jennifer was great and saved us a lot of time walking around aimlessly. She listed to what we wanted, then looked up different options to see if the design was what we described, if it was, she took us right to it so we could try it out. Prices on some of the same furniture ( we saw in other stores) were cheaper there too!

Jill Perry was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had a great time picking out our furniture. We ended picking out a completely different set. She helped meet our expectations immensely!!! You need to keep her, she is the perfect sales person. I came in to buy something in- expensive, and she sold me the most comfortable set in my opinion, in Ashley furniture.
