Michael did a fantastic job helping me find not only a dining room set for my new apartment but he also helped me find two nightstands for my bedroom which I was not able to find anywhere. He made the experience fun and stress-free which I haven’t had at any other store at any other time if I were going to buy something in the future, I would come back to this location and specifically ask for Michael O’Connor. He is a great guy and a great salesman.
Two days ago (1/2/26) my wife and I visited the Ashley store on Pantano Road. Liza Garcia followed us around until we found a living room set we liked. She priced it out, asked for my name, phone number and email so she could confirm the price (to include the special New Year’s discount of 30%). The total was to have been $2,036 plus tax and delivery. Today (1/4/26) we went back to actually purchase the set only to find out that Liza had never entered us (or the details of our furniture) into the store’s system. Neither the young lady who helped us nor Courtney, the store manager could find our information, and I never received an email from the store. We were told that the total of the living room set was just around $2,900 and that the store “does not offer 30% discount.” I actually found Liza Garcia in the store later on and she denied having told us about the discount, and emphasized that she did put us into the store’s system. Needless to say, we thanked the manager for his time and told him we would take our business elsewhere. Never again will we go to an Ashley store.
Melvin at Ashley Home Furnishings did an awesome job helping us find the perfect mattress for our new king-size bed. He took the time to really fit the mattress to both my husband and I, making sure we were comfortable and confident in our choice. He is truly the expert to go to if you’re in the market for a new mattress. Highly recommend asking for Melvin!
A True Gem at Ashley Furniture Tucson – Eduardo Del Castillo! We’ve had the pleasure of working with Eduardo at Ashley Furniture on Pantano three separate times, and every experience has been absolutely top-notch. Eduardo is the kind of person who makes furniture shopping easy, efficient, and even enjoyable. He’s friendly, professional, and a truly great communicator and listener. For this purchase, Eduardo helped us put together an entire living room set (recliner, sofa, coffee table set, area rug) and a king bed. And helped us with odds and ends with some wall art and plants. What really stands out is how he goes above and beyond — helping us find the right pieces on a tight timeline, staying in touch outside of store hours to confirm orders and deliveries, and always treating us with authenticity and respect. He collaborates with you like a trusted partner, never pushy, always focused on what’s best for you. And the design/stage/color of what he helped us select worked perfectly. Thanks to Eduardo, our recent experiences with Ashley Furniture have been excellent. He’s our go-to guy for all things furniture in Tucson — and he should be yours too! Thank you, Sir Eduardo! We appreciate you more than you know.
Eddie Stith was truly wonderful. My husband had a chance to try out different couches and learn about their features, which helped us feel more confident in our choices. When I arrived later, Eddie greeted me with such warmth and genuine enthusiasm. He took his time showing me around the store, answered all our questions, and was so patient as we made our decisions. We never felt rushed or pressured. His kindness, knowledge, and care really stood out. Eddie made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. He is a big reason we are so glad we chose to shop in person instead of online. Thanks to his help, we found beautiful pieces that fit our style perfectly, even ones that go with our Disney pillows. We are so grateful for his support and happy to have had such a positive experience.
