We worked with Devante S. This morning. He was so attentive giving us great advice to take pictures because the store is huge! Devante expertly helped us with a weird clearance item issue bringing in Darren the manager (who was also great!). After our transaction we found out it’s only Devante’s second week! He was a star on the floor and Ashley furniture is lucky to have him!

Got a great price on a sectional couch on Black Friday. Lindsey Tennessen, our sales person, helped us lock in a discounted price, which gave us more time to make some configuration decisions. Delivery was scheduled shortly after that. The delivery crew, Wyatt and Doug, navigated the maze of my house and got the couch into the basement without breaking a sweat. They finished a complete delivery and white glove installation in no time at all. Great experience end to end

Found a beautiful and comfortable recliner that they custom made in the color and material I wanted. The salesperson was knowledgeable but not pushy and showed me all the options. It arrived nearly a month earlier than expected, and Brandon and Trent gave truly white-glove service in delivery! They arrived promptly within the delivery window, were courteous and friendly, and handled the chair carefully while quickly assembling it where I wanted it and checking the function while demonstrating the remote control.

I worked with Abby on the purchase of a new couch and recliner. She was helpful and attentive. She wasn’t pushy or salesy which I love! She went above and beyond to provide me options via text to help me navigate my decision making process. once we decided what we wanted, the checkout process was super easy AND delivery options that don’t break the bank were also available within a week! I’ll be referring Abby to anyone I know looking for furniture. Thank you!

From the moment I walked into the Madison, Tennessee Ashley Furniture location, I felt like I was receiving VIP treatment. My sales associate, Brandon, and the store manager, Jason, were absolutely outstanding. These two gentlemen worked hand in hand as a remarkable team to ensure every detail of my experience was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Brandon walked me through the store with patience and attention to detail, never once making me feel rushed. He had his iPad in hand, checking availability and making sure I had accurate information every step of the way. I selected several pieces for my new home, and his knowledge and guidance made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Even when a couple of items needed to be exchanged, the process was seamless, handled quickly and kindly, without any hassle. When the furniture was delivered, everything was exactly as I had ordered, no issues, no surprises. The quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations, and the experience from start to finish was truly exceptional. Jason, as the store manager, deserves the highest praise. He clearly runs a beautifully managed showroom where everything is thoughtfully laid out and welcoming. He and his team go above and beyond to make customers feel valued, respected, and appreciated. It’s rare to walk into a furniture store and feel so well taken care of, but that is exactly the environment Jason has cultivated. I cannot recommend this Ashley location highly enough. Whether you’re refreshing a single room, staging a property, or furnishing an entire new home, you will be treated with care and will leave knowing you made the right decision. The Madison, TN team is a 10 out of 10!!!
