We had Shaun out to do a check on the electrics in our new home. Shaun came out within 24 hours after our first call, Shaun was very knowledgable and was very polite and friendly & also very helpful and went above and beyond. Would highly recommended and will definitely be using them going forward! Thanks!
Shaun was brilliant today, he came and fixed some spotlights for us in our bathroom. He was on time, efficient, explained what he was doing and why, all in all couldn’t have been more helpful. Very happy with his work, thanks again 👌
Excellent service. Shaun responded very quickly to an early morning call out to test a possible faulty kitchen appliance. He was able to quickly test the units and reassure. He was clear about potential future safety issues and next steps if we chose to take them. Highly recommend, especially in an emergency, which is what we thought we were in..five stars

DO NOT BOOK IF LOOKING TO GET A REPAIR ON YOUR ELECTRIC SHOWER! Given the general 5 star reviews, I'd had high hopes. They promised to attempt to fix my shower and, if that wasn't possible, fit a replacement (with the initial cost covering all labour, but with an additional cost for the new shower unit, if needed). They took my payment of £203 (inc. VAT) upfront and booked me in for a 7.30-8am slot the following week. I rearranged my work diary and forwent my morning to be available. When no one turned up, I rang and was told my electrician was running behind on another job but that they would arrive by 11am at the latest. No one turned up until ~1pm, explaining to me that they'd booked the morning off and had asked the office to inform/rearrange with customers. After looking at the shower for a couple of minutes (at most) they said the only thing they could tell me is whether electricity was going in and out of the shower - obvious to all, as the lights had been flashing - but that they had no expertise in fixing showers. As such, the only option they could offer was to put in a new shower. I rang the office and, by chance, got through to the CEO. I explained my frustration with the service. After a tense and difficult conversation in which I had to really stand my ground.. to their credit they did agree to refund me £150 (which is why I'm giving them two stars, instead of one). I later discovered that to get a repair on a shower - unless it's clearly an issue with the mains electricity or the plumbing (in which case you'd need a plumber) - you need to go direct to the manufacturer to see if they offer a repair service. Assured Electricians (and other electricians) should be upfront that they simply don't have the expertise to fix showers and instead direct prospective customers to check with the shower manufacturers first, rather than take people's money under false pretences.
