I appreciate the range of products they carry but when I told an employee (? Manger?) the parking lot is completely unlit and so dark in the stalls as to not feel safe- they said they know & there’s been a maintenance ticket in FOR WEEKS!!! If this is auto be handled by a property management company or maintenance firm they should be ashamed of themselves, as should At Home for not forcing prioritization of the issue. I was not so worried for myself but lots of young women come shop here in the evening & they be able to park somewhere lit. I saw (barely due to the lack of lighting) a family with young children. Kids are notoriously bad at staying by their adult in parking lots. I would hate for an avoidable situation to arise when they just need to reprogram the time the lights come on. The nothing we can do attitude gave this a 2 star.
I like this place. The prices are usually too much but there's a lot of stuff to browse so I go here to look around a lot. Usually the checkout is bad because they have one or two people working and there will be customers with carts full of things.
I am a long time shopper of this store and have always enjoyed it. Recently I applied and was approved for a $3500 At Home credit card. Within 2 weeks, the bank decided to significantly reduce this to an amount that was less than what I had already charged on the card. They refused to answer any questions and since the my credit report has taken an 80 point or more hit. I went today to redeem the points that I had earned and was told I couldn't use the points unless I used the credit card. Nowhere on your postcard or mailer does it state that you can only redeem if you charge more. Your store associates just stood there with a blank stare. Highly disappointed!
Okay so I visited this store for the first time while in Lincoln and I was extremely impressed with the variety of products that they carry and the quality of things. Budget friendly and so much stuff to choose from I mean I spent way more time than I intended to but I was drawn in by the huge variety of things that this store had to offer so I did spend more time shopping. I was very impressed the store was clean organized and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I will be shopping here more.
Wow wow wow. As a former Tuesday Morning shopper I recently found At Home. Simply amazing selection of everything a home needs (or wants!)
