Placed my order online order via Store website on Sat, I received delivery on Tue, earlier than the estimated time. Website order process was prompt and efficient. Photo of the product was wrong, but the product code was correct, ( wrong colour on photo of watch dial face, but product info was correct, which is what i wanted ). went in with a ring and watch to sell. he bought my ring (even accepted a higher price than initially proposed) and told me my watch didn't have much monetary value, but inisited on repairing it and giving it back to me for free so i could keep a souvenir of my great grandma. he was so sweet and kind. i'm definitely going to recommend this jewelry shop to others, its so rare nowadays to find local shops with good work ethics run by kind souls 💗
Incredible experience from start to finish with Eric & the Atelier Lou team! They helped me design both my engagement ring and wedding band and I cannot recommend them enough. Eric was incredibly patient, resourceful, kind, fast, and made you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had a more unique request from the stone I wanted to the band, and Eric made it happen without hesitation. I wish I had a before picture of my jewelry. I didn’t have much hope my ring bringing it in, but They did such a great job with fixing it, that it looked almost brand new ! It cracked in 2 , black with oxidation and barely round. They even fixed my necklace and got it back all shiny again. They were even able to clean all the silver jewelry I had brought in instantly. Eric was super nice , super friendly and price very reasonable. I will defy be back again. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
