Started working out with coach Max at AUM in August. We set specific goals and timelines and he mapped out a program to meet those goals. He has been very flexible with my work scheduled and I've been able to train remotely when traveling. Very happy with the results so far and looking forward to additional achievements in 2026. I’ve been working out with Aum trainers for the past 2 years and it’s been a great wellness journey! My current trainer, Roberto, is an amazing workout partner. He brings his extensive knowledge and passion re all things fitness to each session and challenges/ motivates me to do my best in and out of the gym. A bonus? He’s a runner like me and has tailored my training plans to support my goals there. All in all really fantastic group of people. Highly recommend!
Since joining Aum Training in 2022, my fitness journey has completely transformed. My body composition has improved, and my eating and drinking habits have changed for the better. I’m lifting weights I never thought I’d be able to touch, and I feel stronger, more confident, and accountable for my progress. Aum provides such a friendly and supportive environment—Coach Nicole and I always have fun, and I appreciate how the other coaches check in on me. I love learning new exercises, and my ultimate goal is to feel confident enough to create my own workouts. This is the best training centre and the best set of team available in Boston! I joined Aum with the objective to lose some pounds and get active in general. My personal coach, Nicole, was amazing and instrumental in making me work harder and make better health choices. I lost 30lbs and 10inches with personal strength training and proper diet plans provided by Aum. Coach Chris also tailor made nutrition plans for my diet restrictions (Vegetarian) and constantly kept me updating with new and local food options. Both Coach Nicole and Chris are extremely motivating and amazing at what they do. I highly recommend Aum Training Centre and Coach Nicole if you're contemplating your fitness journey!
