I love this place I've been renting from them for about 6 years they are really good people to work with I believe this is a franchise but at this location I believe that I met the owner and he does make you feel like you want to come back
I love dealing with professionals that know their tools.... In-N-Out in less than 10 minutes.... Brought the tool back, 5 minutes later I was back out the door and on the road... Priceless!
This place is super helpful and has all the tools you could ever need.
Good equipment, reasonable prices and VERY helpful staff. I rented a piece of equipment for just 4 hours, took it home, realized it wasn't going to work for me - based on my project, nothing was wrong with the equipment - and I brought it back about 2 hours later. When I told the staff that I rented the wrong equipment - without question they refunded my full rental cost... even though it was MY mistake for picking the wrong equipment. It was very nice and thoughtful of them - and they instantly made a repeat customer out of me.
I don’t want to give this place 1 star because the service was great and the rentals were fairly priced. The cashiers were nice and they loaded everything into my car for me. However, the reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the 3 out of 7 of chairs we rented had mold on them. And the others had to be wiped down as well. Seems like no one cleaned or inspected these when it was returned to them. Just really scary introducing mold into my car and house, wouldn’t have rented them had I known before. Edit: want to change my 2 stars to 3. The owner was nice enough to refund me for this. Sounds like these chairs were cleaned, just weren’t properly dried off. Much respect to Aurora Rents for how they handled this and hopefully it doesn’t happen again in the future.
