I have been a regular customer for 3 years. I booked an appointment weeks ago for this afternoon. I had sent text messages over the weekend to confirm the details. No response. I called this morning and the call went to answer phone. I then get another text. Bec has hurt her back and is rescheduling the booking. 4 pm no further communication. Absolutely awful customer service.
Brogani is quite simply amazing, she is patient, reliable, always positive and continues to do an awesome job with great effort every single time she visits our home!! She continues (without fail) to offer 1st class service, always with a smile and I am always absolutely delighted with the results because Buddy can be a little feisty at times and Brogan remains so cool, calm & collected that it relaxes and calms Buddy wonderfully. I would love the opportunity to say THANK YOU Brogan for all your hard work and attention to detail with Buddy, we are extremely happy and beyond satisfied with everything you do, THANK YOU Brogan!!!
Brogan is wonderful with our fur baby, and the quality of products she uses leave her smelling fresh for many days after a wash! Brogan is friendly and helpful, we always look forward to seeing her each month! Highly recommend!
Brogan is amazing with both of my dogs! They are always happy to see her and they always come back looking and smelling fabulous! An added bonus is that Brogan is confident in trimming up faces and eyes which makes life much easier between grooms!
Brogan is amazing! Our two dogs (French bulldog cross and chihuahua cross) absolutely love their monthly wash and they always come back to me looking and smelling fantastic! Brogan genuinely cares for our pups, and is kind, caring and you can tell she loves what she does because our dogs come back calm and happy!
