I believe that I give very honest reviews, so I in turn hope that other people do the same; that being said, I rely heavily on reviews. I was involved in a fender bender & needed to find a place that was well equipped with replacing my bumper. This place was rated so high that I decided to give them a call. As soon as I mentioned that I was in a minor accident, Taylor wanted to make sure that I was okay! I gave him a rundown of what happened & he said to drop by so they could access the damage. There isn't really parking so be mindful of that, across the street worked for me. Taylor really took control from there, he let me know he would connect with my insurance company & I wouldn't have to worry about anything. My car unfortunately took longer than expected due to a part being delayed but they were so kind ALL the times I did call to check in. I highly recommend this family owned business, everyone I talked to is fantastic & they truly do care.
Amazing place! Got in a fender bender and it didn't look good. The total repair was pricey, but they said they could make it safe to drive in just a few minutes. Then they popped out the metal, put some bolts in, and the car looked almost as good as new! When I asked them how much, they only asked for $20. I was so blown away I gave them $40. Stan in the office is also a super friendly and easygoing guy, and fun to chat with. Couldn't recommend them enough, don't go anywhere else if you have the bad luck to get in an accident.
Austin Body Works fixed my detached bumper in no time. Stan and his team did excellent work for a great price. As a bonus, he also gave me a fantastic recommendation for breakfast tacos while I waited. Highly recommend!
Great staff, super helpful and easy to work with. They kept great communication throughout the entire process and worked with my insurance to cover three expense outside of my deductible.
I had a great experience at Austin Body Works! As you can see from before and after pictures, my car looks like new after they fixed the damage. I would like to mention that my car is from 2008 and the color is very hard to work with ( white pearl) but they blended it well so you cannot see any difference. Thank you!
