It genuinely pains me to write this because I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience was extremely disappointing. During one visit, my regular technician was out and another tech performed additional services without clearly disclosing that my package had already run out. She later acknowledged she should have told me upfront and even joked that I probably wouldn’t have opted in otherwise. I felt completely blindsided and only paid because the service had already been rendered and the situation was uncomfortable. I reached out to Baileigh, who was kind and apologetic, but after a lot of back and forth, I was only offered a partial credit. I requested to speak directly with management and NO ONE WOULD SPEAK WITH ME—I was given an email! For a long-time client, this level of LACK OF TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND RESPECT is unacceptable. If you ever need to escalate an issue here, be aware that management is not accessible!
Andrea is the best! Each visit she’s happy, smiling, and positive. She makes this whole process easier than ever. She always has great stories, we’re always laughing together, and most importantly, she’s a true professional who never misses a single spot. She also takes extra care with sensitive areas by using aloe vera to calm the skin. On top of everything, she makes sure I don’t miss any promotions and gives me recommendations for the best results.
