I started a nutrition and training plan with Austin and Kevin as my trainer, and I can say this is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. They keep realistic expectations and make sure you know the work that will go into on your end, but they make it as easy as it gets to get the knowledge to make yourself healthier and look better! In terms of nutrition, Austin came up with a plan for me based off of my goals, weight, height, etc. and my energy feels incredibly clean right now. The diet has even helped my mood! The training part is hard, but Kevin makes sure I have good form and pushes me. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone.
