Excellent service from start to finish. We were a family of nine coming in from three different locations in Austin Airport. Patrick was very helpful and worked with us as one flight was delayed. Lots of room in his van. Very professional. I highly recommend using this service. Very reasonable price.
Patrick was amazing to work with from the initial call, to the day of when he arrived early. We did a day out in Fredericksburg and I would text him 10 minutes before it was time to go to the next venue and he would arrive promptly. He was very kind, polite, and helpful, and made the day seamless!
I’m so happy our hotel recommended Patrick and Austin Party Shuttle for transportation to and from the hotel to Villa Antonia, the venue of my daughter’s wedding. Patrick also took our group to the Friday night welcome party at the Lucky Rabbit. He will make multiple runs. What an amazing experience for my daughter who turned 16, to be able to do a party bus here in Austin, Texas. Patrick was amazing with the booking process and negotiating to a fair price. The girls absolutely loved it. It was a clean safe ride with the best pumping music! Patrick is a very professional and fun individual.
