my car got broken into while downtown a few nights ago. i called Auto Glass Solutions and spoke with Mark. they replaced the rear passenger window very quickly. might have been an hour or less. the repair comes with a warranty but they have done such a good job i'm sure i won't need to use it. over all, great company, great group of people working there and reasonable pricing. if your car is in need new glass i would definitely recommend Auto Glass Solutions. i'm pretty sure you won't find such great quality at this price point. hopefully this review helps, thanks.
Great customer service and quality work! We unfortunately needed a windshield replacement on a new vehicle due to large rock cracking the original windshield. Lissa went above and beyond to get an OEM replacement approved by our insurance and provided updates along the way. Also, the windshield replacement itself was done with care and attention to detail. The replacement looks better the original installed by the manufacturer. We’ll definitely use this shop for our future auto glass repairs.
I went to Auto Glass Solutions about three weeks and had a fantastic experience. I called around to 2 other auto glass shops to replace the windshield on my Subaru Forester, but this place was the cheapest and had the best reviews. Service was swift and high quality. Windshield replaced and the window seal that was sticking out in my car was fixed too, at no extra charge! Spent about 20 minutes talking with Mark, the owner, and he's a highly personable, all-around good guy. Hope I don't crack my windshield again anytime soon, but if I do, I'm heading straight back here!
I came in to Auto Glass Solutions, after I was driving on IH35 and a 18 wheeler through up a aluminum can that left four scratches about two inches long on my windshield. I was very impressed with there friendliness and professionalism. They where able to buff the scratches out where you can barely see them. You can see the before and after photos and it's hard to see any of the scratches left. I would highly recommend anyone to check them out for any of your glass problems, David Hopingardner.
