Antonio, the technician, provided exceptional HVAC service. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He quickly fixed the issue and now my HVAC system is running perfectly. I highly recommend Automatic Climate Company, especially Antonio!
Jackson was good, but you didn't set me another appointment for him to come back. I called on the November 28, 2025, to talk with him and he was off for that long weekend. The guy told me that he'll have him to call me on Monday. Monday came and no call. I called them at 10:00 am and Jackson was on another site. He apologized and I accepted. Then he wanted me to call Jackson in 10 minutes, so I did. I told Jackson to call his boss, so he can come back to my house. They never did. This is my problem, I was the customer and they didn't show no concerned about my issue. I don’t want that service anymore. So, I called and spoke with Jason, to cancel my service for next year. I paid in full $199.00. Jason was telling me that they don't give me my money because it's non- refundable. I told them to refund my money because I don't want that service anymore. Jackson never told me it was non refundable or what I signed never mentioned that. This company doesn't show respect and not supportive in taking care of the customers. This is my hard earned money and not theirs. I'm going to get in contact with the Attorney General office, and Better Business Bureau and put in a complaint. I want my money back and that all. I'm really disappointed that they made an excuses to keep my $199.00. This company is so unprofessional. I'm posting this, so people will think twice to use this company. I'm a disabled veteran and female of color. They shouldn't treat me any different than any other person. My money is no different. I'm total done with this company.
I received exceptional service from the technician Aaron Furr. He was very efficient, answering all of my questions and then some. I like that he was very knowledgeable and provided me with additional information when it came to my options for my HVAC unit. I strongly recommend them as my experience has been very satisfying. Thank you for your outstanding service.
My technician Jay was awesome. He did a maintenance service for me and diagnosed some issues I was having. Took his time, explained everything to me very clearly, and provided me with options. Dude knows what he's doing, very knowledgeable. This is the second time I've had Automatic Climate out for maintenance and I'd recommend them and Jay to everyone I know.
Amazing experience with initial install of a brand new unit. A transformer went out 3 weeks later. The team quickly responded and resolved the issue within the hour. They are fast, efficient, and provide quality service AND support. 10/10 highly recommend ⭐️
