I just buy a car near tire avenue depot and I didn’t have winter tires on and I’m from Quebec side and winter tires only can be accepted on roads for winter time. I didn’t have any appointments and it’s Friday 4:00pm one hour before closing and he have my size in stock and take me right away and installed instantly!! Thanks guys you deserve 10 stars review🤩

These guys are awesome! Great customer service despite MY mistake in tire size, and a super busy time of year. We dealt with the Bank Street location, got nice winter tires at an excellent price! Will definitely be doing business when I need new tires for my Jeep Cherokee.

I went to Avenue Tire Depot today to have four winter tires installed on my Honda Pilot, and the experience was truly excellent. When I arrived, it was clear why this place has such a great reputation. First, let’s talk about the prices. Avenue Tire Depot offers incredibly affordable options without compromising on quality. I had already compared prices at several other places, including Costco, and the manager, Hussein, confidently beat them all. He explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood the differences between the tire options and recommending the best choice for my vehicle and budget. His expertise and willingness to help stood out. The service itself was smooth and efficient. While they do accept walk-ins, it’s worth noting that during busy times, like today, you might need to wait a bit longer. This is completely understandable given how popular they are, but the quality of service makes the wait worthwhile. One thing I’d recommend for improvement is ensuring the employees take extra care not to leave any fingerprints or smudges on the vehicles. After leaving, I noticed a few spots on my car that I assume came from the service. It’s a minor issue, but attention to detail in this area would make the experience even better. Overall, I was delighted with my visit. Avenue Tire Depot combines affordability, expertise, and great customer service in a way that’s hard to find elsewhere. Hussein and his team clearly care about their customers, and I’ll definitely be returning for all my future tire needs.
