06/16 - I raised my rating from 1 star to 3 after receiving a phone call apologizing and admitting to their mistake, without trying to put the blame on me. I appreciate the gesture. 05/22 - I cannot recommend this company based on the treatment I got. First I tried contacting them through their website to make an appointment for a free consultation. They never got back to me. I called to make an appointment, got one but had to wait 3 weeks. I had scheduled my appointment for a saturday, which their website says they do, I made sure of this with the lady on the phone. I go there, and there is no-one, and nobody answering the phone. So I pretty much got ghosted twice, as well as wasted almost a month of my time! I feel this is very unprofessional. It's a shame because they are very close to me and I would have loved to do business with them.
I highly recommend AZ Southwest CPA Services Pllc! We needed help with our 2020 federal and Colorado tax returns. They were a huge help! We used H&R Block in the past and AZ SW CPA was definitely more thorough in getting us all of the deductions that were available to us. They also helped us with tax planning going forward.
