Initially the phone conversation was pleasant and I was assured the designer would take care of it and follow my instructions for a pastel arrangement but it went downhill from there. However after a couple of conversations and photos my faith in good business still does exist. They were completely wonderful in helping fulfill my expectations. Thank you Bagoy’s for turning this around for our birthday blues! Stellar customer service.
10/10 customer service, I was helped by a worker named Julie and she was heaven sent with a mix up with my order. someone give her a raise🙂↕️. The flowers were beautiful and the delivery driver was very understanding. Thank you bagoys. give that driver a raise too!
My adult children aren’t always in the same state as me on Mother’s Day, but they make sure to order flowers for me from Bagoy’s. This year, the arrangement was over the top beautiful, but arrived with some damage. When I contacted Bagoy’s about the damage, their response was to recreate the arrangement and exchange it for me. Florists can be slammed with orders when Mother’s Day coincides with High School Graduations, so I was very appreciative of their workload, and didn’t expect an immediate exchange. Folks, a wonderful man arrived within the HOUR with an arrangement even more exquisite than the original! The Bagoy’s staff is a caring, compassionate, and talented team of the most creative people. They’re the Best!
My aunt just passed away today. I went online and ordered flowers for my mom (I live in Kauai). The process was easy and the flowers were delivered within 2 hours of my order. Amazing service and a beautiful bouquet. They were exactly as described. So grateful. Thank you!
