Saying working with Olivia was amazing would be an understatement. She was professional, knowledgeable, and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. She helped me custom-build the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé and I can’t thank her enough.
We brought in my husband’s luxury watch for routine maintenance and cleaning. We were told they could clean it and adjust the springs to improve efficiency, but my first warning sign was learning the watch had to be sent out rather than handled in-house. I should have trusted my instincts and taken it elsewhere. We were initially quoted about 6 -8 weeks. After 6-8 weeks passed, we received no call or update. Since then, I’ve repeatedly had to follow up myself—by phone and in person—only to be told, “the vendor is working on it.” I was also told someone would call the following week with an update, but no one did. I was also surprised to see the store is now operating under a new brand name (formerly Morrison’s, now Bailey’s). Regardless of the name, this experience did not match the reputation we expected. The lack of communication and follow-through made the experience frustrating and far below expectations for a high-end jeweler.
We had an EXCELLENT experience at Morrison Smith picking out an engagement ring! Olivia was far and away the best person we worked with throughout our search — incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Her guidance made the process easy, and we ended up with a ring that’s absolutely perfect. We highly recommend working with Olivia and Morrison Smith, and we’ll definitely be back in the future!
The absolute best service, again! Manoushah is the BEST consultant. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all types of jewelry, and she appreciates and understands the value of your purchase. My fiancé and I had such an amazing experience choosing our wedding bands. Manoushah curated the best designs to match my engagement ring (which I thought would be impossible) Incredibly pleased to find out about the merge with Bailey’s (did not know until we saw receipt). I highly recommend shopping here for your engagement ring. I worked with Joan on deciding which ring I wanted and she was absolutely amazing!! She is so knowledgeable and she is willing to take the extra time to go over all of the small details with you (which is exactly what I needed and one of the reasons I highly recommend you ask for her)! I will not go to anyone else when it comes to my ring. Even when looking a wedding band I only trust her! This place has such high quality employees and my ring is beyond perfect 😊✨💍
