SKIP this place altogether it’s the cheapest for a REASON. Paid for 2hrs plus shoe rental = around $110, immediate issues with our lane. I visit the desk. I waste time on my reservation having to come to the front desk to address the obvious issues with my lane (lane 4). My partner and I made 4 trips total to the front desk to ask if we could be moved to a different lane. The answer was no, too busy. Understandable, it’s a Saturday night. Instead, We asked them to observe our playing because our scores weren’t accurate and our pins weren’t being reset in a reasonable time (it would freeze and we’d have to visit the desk again to get them to reset it). They watch and notice something is wrong and acknowledge so. They mention a mechanic and we continue this awful game and wait for mechanic for another 37-40minutes. They never show and our lane continues to skip turns. Ultimately, ruining our experience. Long story short, we left early and gifted our last 30 minutes of play time to a party next to us. We Will not be returning. The two gentlemen working the desk between 9-10pm on Saturday September 27, 2025. I found both of you to be so useless and rude. Thank you for doing nothing.
Broken lanes Broken ball returns Bad attitudes Broken AC Complete absence of customer service. If there is a problem, it's the customer's problem. Soo terrible. Paid for w hours, could barely complete 1 game with all the issues, took 1 hour for French fries... crazy.....
Totally loved coming here!! Plenty of parking. The staff is nice and accommodating!! Took the kids to their last outing before school starts. The bowling 🎳 was very affordable, and the snack bar was great. Ordered pizza and drinks for the kids. They loved it! Totally enjoyed bowling at Barber's Point.. Open to the public..not just for military.. Go check it out. You can make reservations via phone or the website..
I finally got around to checking these bowling alley out. It is located in a military area. The facility is old and needs major renovation, but it is still functional. The bowling lane was nice and awesome screen. We bowled (2) games before having to reset a frame. My family and I had fun. If you are not expecting too much glitz and glamor. This place is OK. Without a reservation, you can get in bowl a couple of games, no problem. Food was hit or miss.
