I love a good bookstore and not every bookstore is cozy, comfortable and gives good vibes. But this location gives all the good vibes and I love coming here. whether it’s studying or coming here with family, we all mosey around read books get coffee all the things!

Lovely store with excellent selection. Cashier was very friendly with my girls. Plenty of space to perooze around and enjoy exploring the world of reading. Good decor and atmosphere.

Despite the fact there's no music CD or movie DVD section (yet), this location is still great. It's also not as big as the locations at Crabtree Valley Mall or Triangle Town Center, either -- but still great.

Placed my order for an item to be picked up, my item was ready when I got there, the cardboard packaging had a couple little dents (item wasn't damaged by any means) and the gentleman at checkout offered a discount because the shipping was a little rough and I declined the discount but I appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I found a couple of interesting books while browsing and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I will definitely return in the near future just to browse.

Walked in our of curiosity and this ended up being the best location I've been to. The atmosphere is much more welcoming than the traditional stores (and I hope they're able to maintain it.) There's a great selection of books, greeting cards, board games etc. Each section has highlighted books by authors of diverse backgrounds. The art section had a book I previously had to order directly from the publisher. The staff was so sweet and genuinely happy that we had come in even without purchasing anything. I'm looking forward to my next trip.
