Barton & Associates was a complete failure from start to finish. My brother paid $1,000 upfront and nearly $2,000 total between September and November for legal representation that never happened. The attorney never contacted him, never met with him, and never gave guidance. On his court date, the attorney did not show up and instead sent an associate who arrived two hours late and accomplished nothing. Even after services were canceled, Barton & Associates continued charging $250 per month, despite providing no legal work. Communication only happened when we repeatedly called them there was zero urgency or accountability. This experience was unprofessional, unethical, and incredibly disappointing. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Anthony Rodriguez on a prenuptial agreement. Mr. Rodriguez went above and beyond to not only explain the process, but worked with me tirelessly (and even through the holidays including Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year) to answer all of my questions, negotiate, and make multiple drafts. This is my first time with Barton & Associates, but if Mr. Rodriguez is of any indication regarding the professionalism and expertise of the law firm, then anyone would be lucky to have them on their side. I highly recommend Anthony and will surely be thinking of him first when any other estate planning or contractual law expertise is needed.

I'm a DV survivor and I spent the last few years afraid to file for a divorce because of custody. Other lawyers either refused my case completely or told me I would have to accept my abuser being able to access me as well as our kids. Barton was totally different. I felt like they really listened to me during every conversation. They were so clear and informative the entire process. Each time I spoke to them I felt so much more at ease. Every single person working there that I spoke with was so kind and calm. My divorce was pretty complex and they handled it amazingly (and way quicker than I thought it would be). Greg is who I had a consultation with initially and I had never felt like someone listened as well as he did when I described the situation. Raymond and Bernice were amazing at answering my questions and contacting me for updates. Ashlee was very empathetic did an awesome job in court for me. I'm so grateful that I chose Barton.

Lauren was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and guiding me in the right direction even when she didn't have the immediate answers herself. I had to hire an attorney to assist me in a case at the very last minute so I hired Barton & Associates. They only had a couple days to get prepared. They immediately jump in the case and went to work. They worked with me on payments too. Ash was assigned as my attorney amd she did a phenomenal job! She listened to my side and feelings amd worked with me to try an get me a fair ending to a difficult situation. Im grateful for her experience. I would highly recommend this law firm to everyone.
