I’ve found that Genesis (Just a 3 mile run from B&B) provides the specialized equipment from Olympic platforms to high end turf zones that we need to execute our phases properly. Everything you need for a full session is under one roof. No waiting around for racks. Their saunas and recovery lounges are game changers for longevity. Bo Mac, Red, Bud, and the team are all super dope. Just a fan of the sport, and even bigger fan of the great TBC, everyone gets treated like family there, and Bud messes with and picks on EVERYONE (but it's all out of love).

Phenomenal experience.. As a truck driver and ex-boxer from Louisiana who happens to be a fan of T-Bud Crawford.. When I realized my route came through that way- I called a head of time to see if I could get a work out in at the gym.. They said no problem, gave me the details and encouraged me to come… Loved the location and the fact that the community particularly the kids were actively involved and engaged.. There was an instructor there that was exceptionally good when it came to communicating with the kids.. I found Very Spacious, Great equipment !!!
Super nice crew. Worked our kids out hard. Great experience to visit and hear from different coaches. Appreciated it.
